My name is Alex Wight, and I am currently employed full-time as a senior commercial business systems developer for a leading national firm, responsible for the analysis, design and development of bespoke systems for our clients, which include major high street banks, universities, and councils.
I do, however indulge in a variety of freelance projects around my full-time position, and am available for hire on contract by contract basis.
Pricing and Contact Details
Pricing is extremely competitive, and can be arranged as a fixed price contract, or chanrged on an hourly rate. Any projects completed are subject to a complimentary 1 years support and bug-fixing. Additional support can be negotiated.
Each project will be assessed and a quotation given, or alternatively, if desired a flat rate of £10 per hour will be charged.

Recent Projects
Most of the projects I work on, are private solutions for clients, which are either hosted on their internal networks, or bespoke widows applications. It is therefor inappriate to publish details of the applications - however the most recent project, is a public facing website as detailed below.
FarnleyTyas.org
This site, is a community site for the villiage of Farnley Tyas, Huddersfield. I was approached by the Farnley Tyas Community Action Group, who wished to have a community website which they could update and manage on their own. I developed the site as a CMS system, where members of the community can log onto the site and add news articles, upload documents, image gallery etc. The site is developed using C#, ASP.net and the Microsoft .net Framework 3.5.
